Rushing Waters #2 by Robert H. Nisbet

This is a small etching by Robert Hogg Nisbet. It shows a cascading river setting in a hilly woodland. He uses a blue tinged ink to give the image a distinctive appearance. It has impressionistic elements making it seem less formal. It is pencil signed lower right and the title is in pencil at the lower left of the sheet. A very good example of this artist.
