Partitions by Laszlo Dus

This is an abstract lithograph by Laszlo Dus. It is very typical of his style but one of his larger works. It is titled Partitions. Dus works in an abstract expressionist style. His colors are more muted in this work. He has an unusual style in his lithographs that create the illusion of fabric as in a collage. You can see the fine mesh and threads visible especially in the green and red sections. It is quite different and gives his lithographs the appearance of texture. This piece is framed and the framed size is 27.25 x 34.5 inches. It is floated so the entire sheet is visible. The sheet is 17.5 x 25 inches. The image size is 15.25 x 23.5 inches. It is in pristine condition. It is signed in pencil lower right. The edition size 31/150 is lower left. An excellent example of the artist's work.
